|Recommended: YesI am a current tenant at The Villas as I am a travel nurse here on contract. I had the pleasure of taking advantage of the Friends and Family unit last week when my Son came to visit me for a night from College in Menomonie. Having the option to have my family come visit while I’m away from home and have an affordable, safe, clean and cozy place to stay on the premises, that will allow us privacy and comfort is a major plus of being a temp resident here. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything needed in the bedrooms, baths and kitchen for a short term or longer stay if needed. The Awesome Nicki was very accommodating and quick to offer this option when asked about overnight visitors. I will most definitely recommend this to any resident at the Villas if you have family or friends visiting rather than having them at a hotel Friends and family rental is affordable and convenient Thanks again, Nicki.
|Recommended: YesI am a current tenant at The Villas of Marshfield, I am in Wisconsin for work as well as to be close enough to my Son who attends college and plays football at UW-Stout I had the pleasure of staying in the air b b unit on site so that I could visit with my son, cook us a nice dinner and just relax together. This was perfect to be able to respect the privacy and space I share with my roommates in my regular unit as well as for my son and I. The unit was very clean, comfy and beautifully decorated.. It was equipped with everything we needed. It is a great incentive to have this friends and family apt available to those of us who are far away from home and plan to have family that want to visit. I will most definitely take advantage of the friends and family unit when my other family members come up to catch my son’s football games.

|Recommended: YesTenant — Really like staying here as a travler. Close to the hospital. Downside. You can hear all the noise from people walking up and down the stairs. Considering the stairs goes right over my room.
