|Recommended: YesIts nice and peaceful with lots of nice people — that it is someplace that is enjoyable for everyone and there are a lot of nice friendly people that are around willing to help. There are a lot of places close by that are peaceful and quiet which I think is nice. and the staff is amazing with helping anyone with anything they need.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and kept well. — I love the friendly atmosphere and the factor that the place is really well kept up and clean not any flaws at all the neighbors seem to be very very nice I also love the factor that they do community my functions like for Christmas and Thanksgiving and Halloween things like that makes it more homely another good thing is that they accepted my children as they are with no questions asked and as a parent with a special needs child that is very very rare to find so that is why I love it here.

|Recommended: YesComfortable — For a single person like myself it was great for the price. Only thing is you could hear your neighbors snoring within the same complex. So some of the walls were thin but in general it was great. The staff is amazing and the community is even better. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking to stay in or near Marshfield.

|Recommended: YesUnique, family environment style community. — The rooms are very spacious and organized. Though they may be small it actually helps to keep things tidy. The great room and the kitchen are an open concept with an island which makes it feel bigger then it actually is. The Villas host activities once or more per month which allows the residents to interact and get to know each other as friends and neighbours. For a freshman entering the villas it feels more welcoming then it would probably be walking into a dorm plus you get a full sized bathroom and a private bedroom. Who wouldn't want to live here In addition the added security of locked doorknobs could make even the most paranoid feel safe.
