|Recommended: YesThe community is friendly and it's conviniently near the school. — Although it is pricey for a college student, living at the villas is a priceless experience. It is so nice to be able to simply walk across the street to go to classes, and the community is very friendly. You are guaranteed to make lifelong friends, while getting the education you need.

The staff is friendly and always helpful. — The building is modern, up to date and it is nice that the furnishing is included with the price and living arrangements. The staff is friendly and Brain, the maintenance guy, is great He can always help you out with anything you need. Because everything, electric, heat, water, internet, cable, etc. is included it makes payment easy and less hassle. The size of the room is a little small but the bathroom is well sized and makes up for it The price seems high but overall it is a great deal when thinking about all that it comes with
|Recommended: YesVery recommended place to live as a student at Marshfield — The Villas at Marshfield is definitely the best and most convenient place for students to live in Marshfield. It is right across from the college and rent includes everything you need. The staff are very professional and if you have any problems, they are able to get things cleared up very fast. I'm finishing up my first year living at the Villas and they are much better than the dorms at any of the colleges I've toured or visited. I would recommend any student that plans on going to UW Marshfield to at least get a tour at the Villas to see how modern and excellent they are.
